Virtuemart textarea custom field

This custom field is similar to the core Virtuemart textinput custom field but instead displays a textarea with default text and validation (min and max characters)

Field can have a default value
Field can be set as readonly
Char counter
Char limitations (min & max)
Default value can be translated
Default value can be set by $_GET or $_POST variable (text only)
